Product features
This product comes from a high-temperature resistant phytase strain. It is produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification processes. Compared with ordinary phytase, this product has excellent temperature resistance, stronger thermal stability, and higher biological efficiency, applied to high-temperature granulation formula feed.
Enzyme activity definition (GB/T 18634-2009)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one phytase activity unit, which is that 1μmol inorganic phosphorus is released from Xylan solution with a concentration of 5.0mmol/L in a minute, at pH 5.5 and under the condition of 37 ℃.
