Product features
This product comes from a Neutral heat-resistant phytase strain. It is produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification processes. Compared with ordinary phytase and high temperature resistant phytase for livestock and poultry, it is more suitable for aquatic feed in terms of operating temperature and pH.
Enzyme activity definition (Enterprise standards)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one Neutral phytase activity unit, which is that 1μmol inorganic phosphorus is released from Xylan solution with a concentration of 5.0mmol/L in a minute, at pH 7.0 and under the condition of 30 ℃.
