Product features
Medium temperature α- amylase is an enzyme preparation refined and extracted from excellent strains through liquid deep fermentation. It catalyzes 1,4 glycosidic bonds within starch molecules, randomly hydrolyzing into oligosaccharides, disaccharides, dextrins, or glucose and fructose, in order to improve the digestion and utilization efficiency of starch in animals. The product is a brown powder with a normal fermentation odor.
Enzyme activity definition (GB/T 24401-2009)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one phytase activity unit, which is that 1g Soluble starch is liquefied by 1g Solid enzyme powder or 1ml Liquid enzyme in a hour, at pH 6.0 and under the condition of 60 ℃.
