acid β- Mannanase is a kidn of acid resistant endonuclease. It can quickly and efficiently hydrolyze mannan in plants in order to eliminate its anti-nutritional properties. This product is produced through liquid deep fermentation and purification processes. It is a grayish white or light yellow powder with excellent fluidity and easy mixing.
Enzyme activity definition (Enterprise standards)
The amount of enzyme is taken as one enzyme activity unit, which is that1μmol reducing sugar (calculated by mannose) is degraded and released byMannan LBG(Locust bean powder Sigma:G0753) with a concentration of 4.5mg/mL in a minute, at pH3.5 and under the condition of 37 ℃.
